These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all transactions carried out on the website retropieces-26.com.

3. Products and availability
The products offered for sale are new and/or second-hand car parts. Stock levels are updated regularly. If an item is found to be out of stock after an order has been placed, the customer will be notified and may choose between a refund or an exchange.
4. Order
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The customer must check the information entered before confirming the order. A confirmation will be sent to them by email.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. We accept payment by credit card and PayPal.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available in mainland France and in certain European Union countries. The average delivery time is 1 to 3 working days depending on the delivery method selected.
7. Right of withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 days after receipt to return a product. The item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless the error is attributable to the seller.
8. Warranty and after-sales service
The products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity under 2 years against non-conformities.
9. Liability
The seller shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from incorrect installation or improper use of the products.

11. Disputes and applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
