Returns and Refund Policy

1. Returns policy

You have a period of 14 days Once we have received your order, you may return the item. The product must be unused, uninstalled and returned in its original packaging, together with all accessories and documentation. Proof of purchase is required.

Certain items are excluded from the right of return: electrical parts, made-to-measure products or items ordered specifically at your request.

2. Returns procedure

Please contact our department via the contact form Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product; we recommend using a tracked delivery service.

3. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the product, we will let you know whether the return has been accepted or rejected. If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued via the original payment method under 7 to 14 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Any item deemed not to comply with the returns policy may be refused.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted in the event of an error on our part or if the item is found to be faulty upon receipt. In such cases, we will cover the return postage costs.

5. Faulty or incorrect products

If you receive an item that is faulty or does not match your order, please contact us at 48 hours. You will be asked to provide photos for verification.
